What to Expect

Welcome to Center Church

Planting a church feels a lot like starting a family—you don’t have everything figured out, but you know God is doing something good. Right now, we’re in the early days of Center Church, meeting in a home here in Star. We’ve worked hard to make the space warm and welcoming, but we also know this is temporary. In time, God will make clear if we need more room or a new location. For now, we are grateful to gather, worship, and grow together in this season.

When You Arrive

  • You’ll find us meeting in the garage, which we’ve set up for worship and fellowship. It may not look like a sanctuary, but it is a place where God meets with His people.

  •  Look for the signs and the smiles—someone will help you get settled and feel at home right away.

  •  Parking is along the street. We ask you to be kind to our neighbors by parking considerately. We hope many of them will one day join us, and we want to be a blessing, not a burden (Rom. 12:18).

During the Service

  • Our worship gathering takes place in the garage. It’s simple, but it’s focused on the Word of God, prayer, and praise.

  • Children have their own area inside the home during the sermon. Parents will be able to privately check in through a video feed, so you’ll never feel far from your little ones. If they need you, we will make sure to let you know through a private text message.

    •    Restrooms are available inside, though limited.

  •  After the service, stick around! We’ll share refreshments and enjoy fellowship together—it’s one of our favorite times.

Why This Matters

Meeting in a neighborhood may feel unusual, but we believe God delights to work through ordinary places and ordinary people. This setting gives us a chance to practice hospitality, to love one another, and to display the gospel in real, everyday life (Acts 2:46–47). We want our neighbors to know they are welcome, and we hope to be known as a church that blesses the community we live in.

Join us at 9:30am every Sunday
